Collectors
- Contact consumers to negotiate settlement of past-due accounts by obtaining payment in full or providing alternate payment plans. Determines the likelihood of payment and the most appropriate course of action.
- A monthly bonus is based on individual performance.
- Experienced candidates are expected to learn CDA’s collection techniques, the computer system (ACE), have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
